Since I am a single woman from the south, my parents have a hard time understanding why I am not married. Every time we are together they ask have you met someone yet, are you still dating that fella you were talking about the last time you were here and my favorite is do you think it will happen while I am still here on earth.
Now my parents know that I desire to be married as well, but I want to do it right and with the right one. Is it my fault that he hasn’t found me yet or that God hasn’t revealed to him that I am his wife. All I can do is continue to better myself so that when the one comes along I will be ready. I just wish my family could be more patient like I am

Don’t be too patient. If you want a family, you’ve only got so many good fertility years. And don’t wait for him to find you. You’ve got to be actively looking too. And you’ve got to look in the right places where your odds are good you’ll meet someone who shares your views, beliefs and goals.
